			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>If you’re familiar with web design then you will have heard about W3C if you’re not familiar then you might have a seen a few websites displaying a badge showing something along the lines of W3C. As long as I can remember, the website always seems very 1999 with strong bold colours and a very regimental design.</p>
<p>The new design features plenty of web 2.0 influences and gradients which is often associated with today’s modern web design.</p>
<p>The website itself contains no validation errors; which I think is amazing every page I have checked validates 100%.</p>
